1. Product Information

All OriDragon Mystics products are handcrafted and made in small batches. Due to the nature of natural ingredients (herbs, oils, wax, and crystals), slight variations in color, scent, or appearance may occur. These variations do not impact the spiritual or energetic quality of the product.

2. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD. We accept most major payment methods, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.

3. Order Processing

Processing time for orders is 2–4 business days, not including weekends or holidays. During seasonal launches or collection drops, processing may take slightly longer due to high demand.

4. Shipping

We currently ship within the United States and internationally. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and vary depending on location and package size. OriDragon Mystics is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the spiritual and handmade nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not offer returns or exchanges unless:

Your item arrives damaged (photo evidence required within 3 days of delivery)
You received the wrong item (we will gladly correct the error)

To initiate a claim, please email xoxo.support@oridragonmystics.com within 72 hours of receiving your package.

6. Use of Products

Our products are intended for spiritual and personal use only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent any medical condition. Always practice candle safety, and never leave burning candles unattended.

OriDragon Mystics is not liable for misuse of any product purchased from our shop.
